At Ontario Poker Room and Social Club, we strive to provide an enjoyable gaming and social experience for all our users. As part of this commitment, we have established a strict no refunds policy regarding all transactions made.

1. General Policy

All purchases, including but not limited to game entries, virtual chips, or memberships, are final and non-refundable.
By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to any refund or credit for any reason.

2. Exceptions

In the event of a technical error or issue with our services that prevents you from accessing your purchased products, you may contact our support team. We will review the situation on a case-by-case basis and determine whether any corrective action is appropriate.

3. Account Suspensions or Bans

If your account is suspended or banned due to a violation of our Terms of Service or any other policy, you will not be eligible for any refunds.

4. Changes to the Policy

We reserve the right to modify or amend this No Refunds Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.

I have played poker all over the country and have found no better place to play. Owners, John and Carla are great. They create a very friendly and fun atmosphere. My wife and I have become regulars and have found the players just as friendly. It's our place to play.

Great room. Good action and plentiful food so you can stuff your face when you get coolered. Come on Wednesday and play the insane no limit PLO8 game. The pots get huge and the table is very active and not nitty at all. You will either walk away broke or with a fat wad of cash in your pocket. I usually walk away broke but it's fun. The only thing I think that would make this room a little better is rewards like freeroll tournaments if you enter enough in a month or quarterly period or something to that effect. That still doesn't stop me from giving this room a high rating.

I Love OPR.- A Super friendly place to play poker (Texas Holdem, Omaha & Big Omaha). Friendly Owners, Staff and Dealers. The food provided nightly is definitely a plus and is always so delicious. I would highly recommend OPR to any and all poker players ALIKE… Simply put If you play for the love of the game and/or for the social atmosphere that the game provides, you certainly will not be disappointed! Can’t wait to See ya at the tables 😎.

Being a person that played poker in every poker room in the United States and numerous Poker Room‘s in other countries, I have to say this is one of the best run local poker clubs I’ve ever been to. Action galore! If you like poker then you’ll love this place! The owners here are super nice and the players are really good hearted honest people. I’ve only been here a hand full of times but every time I’ve had a great time(win or lose). If you’re new and make a mistake they let you slide without all the hostility you get in other poker rooms. If you’re experienced well then get your butt down there pronto!! Great action with good people.

Best poker room around! I enjoy the atmosphere, the owners, and the dealers! Been playing there for over a year now and go several times a week now. I go to play poker, but stay for the socializing! It's cheap and reasonable, the people who come to play are nice as well. I always have a great time when I go to the OPR!

Good games and great dealers. Easily one of the best local poker room I've played in--and that is quite a few. Plus this is Oregon, so you're paying a time charge. No rake!

Excellent place to play. 1/2 no limits all night and Saturday tournaments are a good time. Everyone is super nice and the food and drinks are killer.

I went there around Christmas 2019 as my first Japanese customer. I think I only did 1/3 of it. I felt that the level was very easy to do. I received donations from everyone who was at the table. However, if you win too many times, the game will change without your permission, and you won't even know it lol
